Shots rang out in a church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, on Sunday, and 26 people tragically lost their lives. Half of the victims were children. How do we respond in times of senseless violence? We pray for comfort for the families and friends who are grieving, we take action and support changes to gun laws that limit the sale of semi-automatic and automatic weapons, and we donate blood to the American Red Cross knowing that our donations can literally save the lives of those who are injured in times like these. Help us stand for peace, healing, and justice as we do our small part to respond to the horrific events last Sunday in Texas.
